Designed by Herzog et de Meuron, “Ynfluences Square” is a next generation real estate program. It is the first built block of the second Joint Development Zone (ZAC 2), in the area of the former wholesale market.

During this urban stroll, we will discover this new part of the city (finishedin 2018) and also older housing buildings in the Perrache Neighbourhood. Indeed, some of the first social housing buildings in Lyon were built on this area : Cité Quivogne (1911-1930) ; Cité Perrache 1932-1935)…

• Presentation of the model and  of the wandering, then, visit of the “ilot A3” in Cité Mignot current green renovation with the possibility to visit a housing
