Supported by the metropolis and the city of Lyon, the Lyon Part-Dieu project aims to reinvent the 2nd French tertiary district. One of the challenges is to improve the quality of life and to offer a livelier district at night and on weekends. This is based on the production of 2,200 new mixed housing units, 400 of which are already in progress, and the renovation of part of the district’s social housing heritage. First example of this new ambition: the double renovation operation of the residence Desaix by Lyon Métropole Habitat and the construction of the new program Sky Avenue.

Sylvain Giraud Director of Production. He will discuss the project in its entirety: purchase of the bar Desaix by Opac du Rhône and Alliade, resale of part of the land to finance the rehabilitation of the bar, acquisition of Sky Avenue in vefa.
Brigitte Blanc director of the agency LMH Lyon left bank. She will present the residence Sky Avenue and will visit the common areas and housing.

Welcoming at the Lyon Part-Dieu Project House – Quick presentation of the urban project and the issues surrounding housing. Visit of the district with zoom on the operation Desaix / Sky Avenue. Visit of a new social housing building of Sky Avenue developed by Lyon Metropole Habitat.
