Innovation is one of social housing’s fundamentals. We are builders, but our role is to house low-income families for many future decades. We are always searching for what will serve our customers for the next 50 years.
Create partnerships with startups is therefore one of the levers that allows us this anticipation, to respond as closely as possible to the current and future demands of society.
In partnership with Impulse Partners, a startup incubator dedicated to innovative housing, based at Station F, we have decided to invite some of their most promising companies to present their offer, in conjunction with the major themes of social housing : energy, collaborative modes, customer relationship management and well-being at home.
Fifteen startups will have 7 minutes to pitch their project and convince a crowd composed of professional providers, communities, or tenants. The 4 themes will be addressed in turn and the public will be invited to vote for the best offer via a smartphone application. The winner will be awarded a certain relationship with Vilogia (and maybe more…).
