Cooperation: building tomorrow housing and services with tenants

Participatory workshop led by Véronique GRONDIN, marketing researcher for GrandLyon Habitat, on the theme of co-construction of housing and services with tenants of social housing. The marketing tools (surveys, SMS, digital platforms …) and collaboration (round tables) allow the lessor to be always oriented towards the customers, to place them at the heart of his strategy, and this in many areas: buildings, living environment, communication and services.
